Capability reduced caused by hot weather

From June, summer is coming ,the weather get hoter and hoter,.The temperature get very high causing from hot weather and the a lot heat emanated from the rubber machines.The workers perspired a lot and are easily getting tired when working in the workshop.

The rubber sheet,before rolling up,which much be cool down in wide place.If the sheet were put in hot temperature,it would cost a lot times to be cooling down.And also,the sheet feel sticky when they were put in hot place.

The rate of unquality rubber sheet is high in hot weather,because the machines are not steady when they get high tempeture.The quality testing department will rejuct those unquality ones and arrange new production.

All of those factors contribute to reducing of production capability.We appreciate our customer’s patient when the order were producing in the summber.
